If something’s not right with your order, just reach out to our support team. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to fix it for you.

You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Once you ask for a refund, we usually process it within a day or two. It might take 7–10 business days for the money to show up in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you don’t see it after 10 days, feel free to reach out to us again, sometimes it just takes a little longer for the refund to appear.
